چکیده

We present a rare case of bilateral anterior cerebral artery (ACA) territory infarction with akinetic mutism, quadriparesis and frontal lobe release signs along limbic dysfunction mimicking basilar thrombosis. The etiology was thrombosis the communicating propagation or embolism thrombus to both A2 segments restricted absent blood flow in branches arising from A3 causing extensive infarction. also aim review anatomy ACA understand localization lesions.
